Description

  • HEAVY DUTY- Constructed of black canvas vinyl for strength and durability during intense workouts. 1 double vinyl bladders. Zipper enclosure and Velcro reinforcement that keeps the bag secure.
  • IMPROVE PERFORMANCE- Training aid for developing explosive power, full body strength, stability, and endurance. The constantly shifting sand and/or rubber crumb filling will require users to utilize their core muscles to stabilize the bag and build strength.
  • VERSATILE- Can be used for weight training, functional fitness, and strongman training. Users can swing, squat, clean, deadlift, press, lunge, run, or sprint with the sandbag for a total body workout. NOT meant to be dragged on any surface.
  • MULTIPLE GRIP OPTIONS- 7 grip handles (2 on the top, 2 on the bottom, 1 on each side, and 1 on the end) allow the ability of the sandbag to be used and carried in a variety of ways.
  • ADDITIONAL- Sand not included- Can be filled with a sand and rubber crumb mixture. Weights will vary but can be filled up to 90 lbs or desired training weight. VALOR Fitness recommends using multi-purpose sand. Weight and size of bag depend on the density and size of material used for filling. SDB-7 measures 25 long with a 29 diameter when filled. Maximum weight load of 90 lb for the bladder and sandbag. Meant for home, box, or light-commercial gym use.
