Vokey SM9 has a progressive centre of gravity (CG) in all lofts, optimizing flight, accuracy and tolerance of the ball. Using conical upper lines and varying lengths of hoses, the Vokey I & D team has raised the height of the CG in the highest lofts, promoting a lower and more controlled flight. The centre of gravity is also ahead of the face, resulting in a higher MOI, an exceptional feel and a stick face that simply wants to square on impact. The SM9 patented Spin Milled grooves are meticulously designed through a new cutting process to maximise effect and durability. Micro slots are individually cut between the grooves, maximising the effect on partial blows. Patented heat treatment is applied to the impact area that doubles the durability of the groove without affecting the feel, making it the most durable groove in the golf
