Shimano has diligently refined their lever bodies, resulting in the Dura-Ace ST-9120 Dual-Control Mechanical Shifter/Hydraulic Brake Lever body being almost imperceptibly larger than its 9100 mechanical/mechanical counterpart. The levers are sold separately, with one intended for the right and one for the left.
