The Scout1st uses a COBRA Buckle, double layer 1.75" Nylon reinforced mil spec webbing and quad stitched construction. The interior features soft loop uniquely designed for comfort and function, making it a superior platform for the ARROW N.S.E.W. Attachment System featured on all the OnTop accessories. It is also Legacy compatible with all of the standard MOLLE and 6/12 style pouches you already own.
