The Alpha Howler is designed to produce the long eerie moans and all other wolf sounds. Includes the Alpha Howler open reed wolf call, tube tamer, camo cover and lanyard; mouth opening measures 1" with 14 3/8" length tube. To use the call simply place your upper and lower lips around the black cap. Take a long, deep breath so you can hold the notes longer and begin to blow lightly. To begin blow and growl with slight pressure with lips to achieve beginning low note howl. Then gradually apply more pressure to achieve high note howl. As you let off pressure continue blowing to achieve lower notes and keep blowing and letting off lip pressure to obtain the long, low, moaning, eerie sound of a howling wolf. You can go up and down with lip pressure and blowing to achieve octave changes to higher or lower notes wanted.
