Assembly instructions :
1. Adjust the length of the pull-up bar.
2. Install the pull-up bar and rotate the bar to adsorb the door frame. Tighten the anti-loose locking catches.
3. Test if the installation is stable enough then start your exercise.

Pay attention to the length of the door, and choose according to the length of the pull rod.
Use the supplied door mounting kit to install only in sturdy door frames (do not install on hollow and glass door walls).
Do not exceed the recommended maximum installation height or supported weight.
