How to install :
Adjust the length by turning the iron bar according to the width.
Install with the arrow on the sticker facing up.
*There is a risk of damage or injury if you install the product upside down.
Install it carefully to keep the iron bars parallel.
Turn the iron bar and tighten it to the door frame again.
Before using the iron bar make sure the side arrow is in "safe"side.

There is a risk of falling if you exercise in the direction in which the iron bar is released.
Be sure to hold the iron bar in the direction that the bar is tightened and exercise.
Before theh exercise, please check whether the iron bar is fixed well.
Please note that holding it in the'shorter' direction may loosen during exercise.
