Kits include 2 cords (each half length of 25 yards) and 2 belt systems (2nd belt and tether with carabiners make for fast change between swimmers) Kits can be used for: - in/outs or out/ins turn drills with 2 swimmers (1/2 length cord per swimmer) - Connect both cords for 1 full length 25 yard cord. - Coach Assisted/resisted full length 25 yard cord - Secure a 1/2 size cord at wall (dive block. lane line anchor, or gutter) for swimmers to perform outs/ins flip turn with resistance (one kit contains 2 cords so 2 swimmers can swim out/ins in tandem) - Secure a 1/2 size cord at Mid-pool for swimmers to practice turns (in/outs flip). One kit contains 2 cords so 2 swimmers can swim out/ins in tandem. 25 Meter extension tether available
