• The medpac 300 has a spacious main compartment for larger supplies and equipment and a gusseted front pocket to organize instruments and smaller supplies
• Adjustable dividers organize the spacious interior (500 has 6 dividers, medpac 300 has two dividers)
• The full-access lid has clear vinyl pockets and a full-length zippered pocket

When used in conjunction with other exercises these band sequences can help activate the core as well as prime movers, synergists and stabilizers in the hip and shoulder area.
