• Medium to fit 8.5 to 10.0 freestyle blades (10.0 very tight fit, not recommended), 8.75 to 10.5 dance blades
• Large to fit freestyle blades size 10.25 to 11.5 (11.5 very tight fit, not recommended), 10.75 to 12 dance blades

Inspired by nature, E-Guards have been completely rethought for better drainage and protection and are very easy and quick to use. It is one piece, no violin, no parts, no assembly required. Stretches to fit most sizes. Small to fit freestyle blades 7-8.25 (very tight fit, not recommended), 8 to 9 1/4 dancing blades medium to fit 8.25 freestyle blades (fits but not recommended for walking, too loose) - 10.25, dance blades 9 1/2 to 11
