This device boosts rope control during belaying, lowering a partner, and abseiling, making it an essential part of a climber's rack. The pivoting shackle shifts the point of leverage when initiating lowering, significantly reducing the force needed to initiate and control lowering of one or two seconds, making guide mode more user-friendly. This device is available in various colors and can be personalized with laser marking.
