Use it in combination with two alignment sticks to self-check your swing.
The Diamond Swing Alignment has an arm with 7 different angle adjustments.
You can adjust the angle of the arm according to the lie angle of the club, and place it in front of your eyes to practice your swing while checking your ideal lie angle.
In addition, by placing the stick at the height of the lower back and swinging it to the left and right side of each waist, this helps prevent the sway that is prone to the amateur golfer when moving the weight of the swing.
