This bar is constructed from solid steel with 51,000 PSI tensile strength with a chromed finish. The diamond knurled 25.4mm handgrips offer a secure, non-slip grip, and the rotating sleeves with bushings reduce pressure on the hands and wrists. The CAP Super Curl Bar is designed to accommodate weight plates with a 2-inch center hole.
