Aluminum carrier for touring 26/27.5/700C/29 inches and built in extension bars that can be adjusted to 3 different heights depending on the size of your vehicle. Equipped with AVS so you can attach a basket to the top plate and a pannier bag on the side. The tube (pipe) for the pannier bag uses a W-tube, so the center of gravity is low and stable when the bag is installed.
