It is a 3-position switch, on-off-on, not momentary, it stays where you switch it, and the action is nice and positive, not prone to accidental movement. Having separate LEDs for both on positions is nice. There are two parallel poles switched (DPDT), it is wired as the power source for the LEDs, as shown in the wiring diagram. The 7th pin is for LED ground. Polarity must be correct for LEDs of course, unlike incandescent lamps. The switch is rated for up to 24V, 10A, but the LEDs will illuminate nicely with as little as 5V.
