AlveyTech 18 Volt Speed & Voltage Controller for Minimoto Sport Racer

Description

• This electronic control module is an aftermarket replacement 18 volt controller with compatible connectors for an easy installation
• The OEM Minimoto controller (pictured with the black case) which is no longer available and has been discontinued.
• For all Sport Racer models, but some may require some cutting and splicing to install. Please follow the wiring instructions for more information.

Most connectors on this controller will plug directly into all Sport Racer models. However, cutting and splicing of one or more wires may be necessary.

Controller connections as follows:

Battery Connector (Black & Red Wires, Thick)
Battery wiring. Black to Black, Red to Red.

Motor Connector (Blue & White Wires, Thick)
Motor wiring. Blue (controller) to Blue (existing wiring), White (controller) to White/Yellow/Brown (existing wiring). Please note some Minimoto Sport Racer's motor wiring is in reverse of the configuration on this controller. You may need to reverse the motor wiring if your motor turns in the opposite direction.

Charge Connector (Black and Red Wires, Thin)
Battery charger connector.

Derailleur Connector (Red, Black, & Blue Wires, Thin)
Hand throttle connector, 3-wire. Plug your 3-wire hand throttle wires into the three prongs on this connector. Your Sport Racer's throttle wiring may be included in an existing 6 pin connector on your wiring harness. Black to Black, Red to Red, Blue to the third wire on your hand throttle (Blue or Green or other).

Lock Connector (Blue & Red Wires, Thin)
Key switch connector. Connect to your products lock connector, or hard wire to your key switch wiring. Wire color connection not critical, but Blue to Blue, Red to Red if they match.

Brake Connector (Black & Yellow Wires, Thin)
Brake connector. Your Sport Racer's brake wires may be included in an existing 6 pin connector on your wiring harness. Black to Black/Red and Yellow to Yellow.

Brake Signal Connector (Black & Red Wires, Thin)
Brake light connector. Black to Black, Red to Red.
