With a tall style, fleece lining, waterproof breathable nylon soft-shell uppers, and Thinsulate insulation this boot is meant for all day fun in the snow, either on or off the skis. In Northern Europe kids might cross-country ski all day, but here kids want to ski for a while, play in the snow, go inside for hot chocolate, ski for a bit, and play some more . you get the picture! This boot is designed for just that, offering the warmth and fit needed for great XC skiing but also providing the perfect boot for your little one to have fun just being on the snow . the perfect boot for young XC skiers AND their parents! For Mom & Dad these boots are easy on-and-off with a generous opening, speed lace system, and zippered lace cover to keep out the snow, and a large hook & loop strap to secure the boot on the foot. For kids, they're just warm and perfect for everything! The Alpina TJ boot is compatible with Rottefella NNN bindings and pairs well with the Rottefella NNN Start binding.
