Learn about chemiluminescence, the production of "cool" light. Identify the major components of a chemiluminescent process in a living Organism - the firefly. Students set up an actual bioluminescent reaction using different material and ATP while observing bioluminescence in luciferin driven by luciferase and energized by ATP. Kit contains enough materials for 15 groups. Teacher's manual and student guide copy masters are included.
